Where do you get your products from?
Our products are carefully sourced and selected by our team, with a focus on highlighting regional independent designers, artists and publishers, alongside international eco-conscious and award-winning brands. We take pride in serving as a platform for creativity—offering a thoughtfully curated selection of unique products at every price point.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! The Art Jameel Shop caters to a global audience through our online platform and two physical stores—in Dubai (Jameel Arts Centre) and Jeddah (Hayy Jameel).
When will I receive my item?
Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your items from the date of purchase. Our courier will pick up your order from our shop and deliver it to your chosen address. For more details, kindly refer to our shipping policy.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, absolutely. Once your order is placed, we will notify you with the tracking information.
I want to surprise someone, can you wrap and deliver my gift?
We can certainly wrap your purchased item and deliver it to the address of your choice. Simply select the gift wrap option at checkout, which allows you to insert a personal message. We will take care of the rest!
Can I exchange or return a product?
Our products are available in limited quantities for a short period of time. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds for purchases made in our flagship store. However, for online purchases, our refund and exchange policy allows you to easily return a product if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, you can return the item within 15 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service at [email protected] as soon as possible to request a refund. We will provide you with a refund request form, which you will need to complete and send back to us along with the items inside their original packaging. Help! My product looks different from the picture online.
The products we offer at the shop are usually developed with designers/artists who root their practices in artisanal expertise and handmade work; therefore no two items are ever identical. Please note that handmade items are likely to have small variations in shape, size and finish, just as weight and dimensions are approximate. This is a natural part of the artistic process and precisely what makes your item unique. Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If for any reason you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected].
Do you offer a product warranty?
Art Jameel Shop does not offer product warranty. Some individual brands sold at the shop offer their own warranties.
How can I place an order for a sold-out item (pre-order)?
If you are interested in a product that is no longer available, please email us at [email protected], and our team will add you to the waiting list. We will notify you when the item is back in stock.
